MOST CONCRETE IS POURED ON HABIT, NOT A RECORD.

When concrete fails, the homeowner has no record of what was done, and the contractor has no defensible proof of what was poured. Cracking, spalling, and ASR all trace back to the same gap: no documentation and no accountability. PSIP does not change the chemistry of concrete. It changes the accountability around every pour, so every pour carries a complete, signed record.

The accountability gap
No record means a dispute becomes a credibility contest. The homeowner usually loses it, and so does the honest contractor who kept no proof.
