BILLING & REFUND POLICY.

1. Products and Pricing

PSIP enrollment is the annual Certified credential. The Charter Class benefit applies to the Certified credential.

2. The Charter Class

The Charter Class is capped at 50 contractors, allocated 25 Concrete Side and 25 Aquatic Side. Within each trade side, seats 1 to 25 enroll at the Charter Certified rate of $197 per year. The moment seat 25 fills on a trade side, that side closes and members 26 to 525 on that side pay the standard Certified rate of $499 per year. A member keeps the $499 rate as long as each renewal clears within 30 days of the anniversary. A renewal still unpaid after those 30 days, a refund, a cancellation or a revocation ends the $499 rate for good. After a side's 525th member, the published rate rises for new members. The two trade sides count independently. There is no waitlist once a side closes.

3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on the Certified Credential

The PSIP certification exam is free, with three attempts per cycle and a 30-day cooldown after a cycle is exhausted. There is no charge to sit for the exam or to retake it. You are billed for the annual Certified credential only after you pass the exam, at the point you choose to activate your certification. At activation your Charter seat is secured.

The annual Certified credential fee is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the annual credential fee within 30 days of the day PSIP sends you a working login to the PSIP app. If you have paid and PSIP has not yet sent you a working login to the PSIP app, you may cancel at any time before it is sent and receive a full refund. Requesting a refund forfeits your Charter Class seat and the Charter rate that came with it. For members 26 to 525, a refund ends the $499 rate for good. Should you choose to enroll again afterward, you do so at the then-current standard rate, without the Charter lock and subject to seat availability at that time.

4. Seats and Monthly Services

Your first app seat is included with certification. Added seats bill monthly at the published seat price: $49 a seat when you add 1 to 3 seats, and $39 a seat when you add 4 to 10. The number you add sets the price of every added seat, so 3 added seats bill $147 a month and 4 added seats bill $156 a month. Eleven or more is Enterprise; contact us. A seat belongs to one named, certified person. A seat bills monthly in advance from the day PSIP sends its holder a working app login, and bills until you cancel it. Cancel any time; the seat runs to the end of the month you paid for, and a partial month is not refunded. The 30 day satisfaction guarantee covers the annual certification fee, not seat fees. PSIP offers no other monthly service yet. Terms for any other monthly service will be added to this Policy before that service is offered.

5. Renewals and the Charter Rate Lock

The Certified credential renews annually. Your first certification year starts the day PSIP sends you a working login to the PSIP app, not the day you pay, and your anniversary is that date each year. Charter Class pricing stays with your account as long as each renewal clears within 30 days of your anniversary. If a renewal is still unpaid after those 30 days, you keep your Charter certificate number but the Charter rate ends for good. A refund ends the seat and the Charter rate for good. Members 26 to 525 renew at $499 as long as each renewal clears within 30 days of the anniversary. After that, they renew at the then current published rate. We will bill the payment method on file at each renewal. You authorize these recurring charges when you enroll, and recurring billing is disclosed at checkout before purchase. If a Charter seat ends through a cancellation or a revocation, the Charter seat and the Charter rate end and do not return. Enrolling again is at the then-current standard rate.

6. Payment Processing and Taxes

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By enrolling, you agree to the processor's terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

7. Chargebacks and Cancellation

If you have a billing concern, contact info@psipprotocol.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it. Cancellation stops future billing and does not refund amounts already billed except as stated in this Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. The updated version takes effect when posted with a new effective date. Pricing changes do not affect the Charter rate for existing Charter Class members, or the $499 rate for members 26 to 525, while their certification stays unbroken.
