BILLING & REFUND POLICY.

Effective date: June 17, 2026 · Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Billing and Refund Policy governs payment for PSIP certification and directory services. It is incorporated into the PSIP Terms of Service. Pricing here follows the locked PSIP Charter pricing doctrine.

1. Products and Pricing

PSIP enrollment consists of two product types, billed separately: the annual Certified credential and the monthly directory tier. The Charter Class benefit applies to the Certified credential only.

Profile+ and Elite monthly rates are pay-as-you-go and do not carry any Charter discount, lock, or step-up. They are the same published rate for Charter and standard members on the same trade side.

Trade Side / Member Certified Yr 1 Certified Yr 2+ Profile+ Elite
Concrete, Charter (seats 1 to 25) $197/yr $197/yr locked for the life of the account $397/mo $797/mo
Concrete, Members 26+ $499/yr $499/yr standard $397/mo $797/mo
Aquatic, Charter (seats 1 to 25) $197/yr $197/yr locked for the life of the account $597/mo $997/mo
Aquatic, Members 26+ $499/yr $499/yr standard $597/mo $997/mo

2. The Charter Class

The Charter Class is capped at 50 contractors, allocated 25 Concrete Side and 25 Aquatic Side. Within each trade side, seats 1 to 25 enroll at the Charter Certified rate of $197 per year, locked for the life of the account. The moment seat 25 fills on a trade side, that side closes and members 26 and beyond pay the standard Certified rate of $499 per year, with no lock and subject to future change. The two trade sides count independently. There is no waitlist once a side closes.

3. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on the Certified Credential

The PSIP certification exam is free, with three attempts per cycle and a 30-day cooldown after a cycle is exhausted. There is no charge to sit for the exam or to retake it. You are billed for the annual Certified credential only after you pass the exam, at the point you choose to activate your certification. At activation your Charter seat is secured and your Charter rate is locked for the life of the account.

The annual Certified credential fee is backed by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the annual credential fee within 30 days of your payment. Requesting a refund forfeits your Charter Class seat and the locked-for-life Charter rate that came with it. Should you choose to enroll again afterward, you do so at the then-current standard rate, without the Charter lock and subject to seat availability at that time.

4. Directory Tiers (Monthly)

Profile+ and Elite are monthly subscriptions billed in advance. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. We do not provide partial-month refunds for the directory tiers. Directory features end when the subscription ends.

5. Renewals and the Permanent Rate Lock

The Certified credential renews annually. Charter Class members renew at the locked Charter rate for the life of the account. Standard members renew at the then-current standard rate. Monthly directory tiers renew each month until canceled. We will bill the payment method on file at each renewal. You authorize these recurring charges when you enroll, and recurring billing is disclosed at checkout before purchase.

6. Payment Processing and Taxes

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. By enrolling, you agree to the processor's terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

7. Chargebacks and Cancellation

If you have a billing concern, contact info@psipprotocol.com before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it. To cancel a monthly directory tier, use your account settings or contact us. Cancellation stops future billing and does not refund amounts already billed except as stated in this Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. The updated version takes effect when posted with a new effective date. Pricing changes are governed by the PSIP pricing doctrine and do not affect the locked Charter rate for existing Charter Class members.
