PSIP enrollment is two products billed separately. The certification is annual. The directory tier is monthly. You purchase both. The Charter Class benefit applies to the certification only.
PSIP Certification (Annual)
The PSIP exam, the right to sign Signed PSIP Workmanship Certificates on completed projects, and listing in the contractor directory. Renews annually at the locked rate the contractor enrolled at. The Charter rate never escalates for Charter Class members.

The standard rate that applies once the Founding 50 is closed. Locked May 20, 2026.
The gap between Charter ($197/year) and Standard ($499/year) is $302 per year. The Charter rate is locked for the life of the account. Over ten years, that is $3,020 in permanent savings per Charter member. Over twenty years, $6,040. The Charter Class benefit is a permanent annuity, not a one-year discount. The Certified rate of $197 per year is uniform across both trade sides: Concrete Side and Aquatic Side Charter Class members pay the same Certification rate.
Trade Side notice. The tier cards below display Concrete Side rates ($397 Profile+, $797 Elite). The Aquatic Side runs a parallel pricing architecture at $597 Profile+ and $997 Elite, with the same Charter Class fairness principle (no Charter discount on upper tiers, pay-as-you-go on Profile+ and Elite for every member regardless of Charter status). Aquatic contractors enroll via the Aquatic Side Charter Class page; both trade sides submit through this enrollment form. Charter Class admission is a single 50-seat cap allocated 25 Concrete / 25 Aquatic.
Directory Tier (Monthly)
The directory tier is billed monthly. Two tiers, both pay-as-you-go for every member regardless of Charter Class or Standard certification status (the Charter Class benefit applies to the annual Certified credential only; see Product 01 above). Charter Class status does not discount the directory tier rates. Choose by the marketing surface you need.

Once spot 50 fills, Charter Class closes.
The Charter Class is capped at 50 contractors. Once the cap is filled, Charter Class closes permanently. There is no waitlist. Members beyond the Charter Class cap (Members 26+ on the Concrete Side and Members 26+ on the Aquatic Side) enroll at the standard rate of $499 per year. The standard rate is uniform across both trade sides. The Charter rate does not return.
This is not a marketing window. It is a structural cap. The Founding 50 carries the foundational dataset that PSIP's institutional credibility is built on. The Charter rate is the recognition that the first 50 contractors are taking on the protocol before the market has fully validated it. The lock is permanent. The math is in the contractor's favor.
